A startup furniture company importing products from Indonesia. They had no name or concept for the company. Following a little research, we came up with the name Inda Kayu, which means beautiful wood. Since the elephant is a common element in many Indonesian crafts, it seemed an appropriate symbol.

The challenge here was to integrate Chinese symbology into a design that was emblematic of the American Medical practice. The Yin-Yang symbol, though often overused, was combined in a fresh way with the AMA staff, while the everpresent snake was replaced with a Chinese dragon, symbol for life and power.

Aequitus is Latin and essentially translates to "balanced" or "fair". The client wanted an atypical design that conveyed balance. We produced a good dozen designs, all of of which were received well, but in the end, this is the one that was chosen. It was one of our favorites to boot.

Down Under Promotions is an on-line travel agency specializing in discount vacation packages to Laughlin, NV, Las Vegas, and Mexico. The company's owner is originally from Australia, thus the name of the company. He wanted a logo that represented Australia's cultural uniqueness. The kangaroo is of course iconic but we decided to take it a step further and give the entire logo an Aboriginal tribal art vibe. As far as the client is concerned we knocked this one out of the park.
